French artisan bakery + cafe · Irvine
Slow-fermented loaves, real French viennoiserie, and a brunch worth lingering over. Baked fresh daily by a French family bakery.
The bakery
Pandor was founded by French chefs who brought their recipes and their ingredients with them. The bread is slow-fermented, the viennoiserie is laminated by hand, and the case is filled fresh every day.

Brunch
Breakfast runs until 3pm, so the morning is whatever you want it to be. Big tables, lots of light, and a case of desserts for after.
The plates regulars name first, with fresh croissants on the side.
The dish the reviews call the star of the menu.
A croissant-doughnut hybrid with condensed milk, custard, bananas and Nutella. Built for the camera, gone in minutes.
